Thompson Inn in Thompson, MB is seeking a self-motivated Front desk agent. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• The candidate must resolve complaints and claims.
• The candidate must maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in a hotel, motel, or resort with additional sports and leisure facilities, set in a natural environment that attracts visitors beyond the accommodations.
