The Chopped Leaf is situated in Regina, SK and is hiring a Food service supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Evening, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
