HYATT REGENCY NIAGARA FALLS FALLSVIEW in Niagara Falls, ON is seeking a self-motivated Food service supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Night.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must prepare food order summaries for chefs.
• The candidate must supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
• The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
