Tim Hortons is situated in Saint-Esprit, QC and is hiring a Food assembly supervisor to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must show initiative.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a coffee shop that provides patrons with a place to congregate, talk, read, write, entertain one another, or pass the time, whether individually or in small groups.
