Job Description
- The candidate must install exterior prefabricated products.
- The candidate must install interior prefabricated products.
- The candidate must determine layout and installation procedures.
- The candidate must measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
- The candidate must prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
- The candidate must load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
- The candidate must utilize hand and power tools.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- The candidate must be punctual.
- The candidate must be accurate.
- The candidate must be dependable.
- The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
- The candidate must be reliable.
- The candidate must be a good team player.
- The candidate should have an eye for detail.

- The candidate should work in construction trades and crafts, including bricklaying, stonemasonry, carpentry, joinery, demolition, electrical work, painting and decorating, plumbing, scaffolding, steeple jacking, and wall and floor work.

- The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
- The candidate must work in the installation process to set up large-scale, mixed-media constructions, often designed for a specific location or time period.
