Delivery driver

F R C LOGISTICS LTD. in Surrey, BC is seeking a self-motivated Delivery driver. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.
• The candidate must operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver items and products.
• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must accept payment or invoices for items delivered.
• The candidate must receive and relay information to central dispatch.
• The candidate must sell products over established routes.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
