Construction labourer and helper

Pedra Corp. in Edmonton, AB is seeking a self-motivated Construction labourer and helper. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt accurately.
• The candidate must assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
• The candidate must assist in demolishing buildings.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• The candidate must direct traffic at or near construction sites.

• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
