Class 1 truck driver

Pardy's Waste Management & Industrial Services is situated in Mount Pearl, NL and is hiring a Class 1 truck driver to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be hardworking.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work in confined spaces.
• The candidate must be able to work at heights.

Security and Safety

• The candidate must be able to pass a driving record check (abstract).
• The candidate must be able to pass a drug test.
• The candidate must be able to complete a medical exam.
