Restaurant La Petite Cachée ( Mont-Tremblant, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Chef de partie. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Term or contractFull time opportunity. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to cooking staff.
• The candidate must supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
• The candidate must prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
• The candidate must prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
