Bus dispatcher

Autobus Transco ( Pointe-Claire, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Bus dispatcher. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a supervisory role to oversee teams, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• The candidate must work in dispatching to coordinate vehicle or personnel movements, manage schedules, and ensure timely and efficient operations.
