Mediterranean Bakery Inc ( Burnaby, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Bread baker - retail. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
• The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• The candidate must operate machinery.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a large volume bakery; bakers bake and sell fresh baked goods throughout the day and night, sometimes on weekends.
