Billing clerk

Électricité MC2 inc. is situated in Québec, QC and is hiring a Billing clerk to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: , 07:00 to 16:00.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare journal entries.
• The candidate must manage accounts receivable.
• The candidate must manage accounts payable.
• The candidate must prepare trial balances.
• The candidate must open and close books for auditors.
• The candidate must prepare bank reconciliations.
• The candidate must invoice clients.
• The candidate must perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must prepare reports.
• The candidate must reconcile accounts.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
