Sobeys Invermere in Invermere, BC is seeking a self-motivated Baker. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Early morning, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
• The candidate must prepare special orders.
• The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• The candidate must inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• The candidate must operate machinery.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in a bake shop.
