Job Description
- The candidate must evaluate the effectiveness of social programs.
- The candidate must interview clients individually, in families, or in groups to assess their situations and determine the types of services required.
- The candidate must perform administrative tasks.
- The candidate must plan assistance programs for clients.
- The candidate must evaluate the effectiveness of counselling and patient outcomes.
- The candidate must monitor and evaluate.

Work Setting

- The candidate must be able to work in the employer’s or client’s home, be capable of working at varied site locations, and understand that performance progression is reviewed annually.
- The candidate's relocation costs should be covered by the employer, allowing the employer to contribute to the employee's relocation costs incurred in moving closer to the company's offices or other work locations as required.
