Accounting clerk

ITC Systems in North York, ON is seeking a self-motivated Accounting clerk. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves , 08:30 to 17:00 shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare the general ledger.
• The candidate must manage accounts receivable.
• The candidate must manage accounts payable.
• The candidate must prepare bank reconciliations.
• The candidate must store, update, and retrieve financial data.
• The candidate must perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must prepare financial statements and reports.
• The candidate must prepare reports.
• The candidate must reconcile accounts.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• The candidate must have the ability to multitask.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
